**Core Elements:**
- Spin-and-tag mechanics (like dizzy bat races)
- Light-contact jousting with foam lances

**Objective:**
Players must spin to disorient themselves, then charge to tag their opponent’s target zone using safe padded lances.

**Teams & Players:**
- 2 teams of 4 players
  - Each match is 1-on-1 bouts in rotating turns
  - Matches played in a best-of series format (e.g., best of 5)

---

**Field Layout:**
- Circular “joust zone” about 20 ft in diameter
- Two start circles on opposite sides
- Center target area with flag poles

---

**Gameplay Cycle:**
1. Players enter their starting circle and perform 10 full spins.
2. After spinning, players grab their foam lance and charge toward the opponent.
3. Objective: tag the opponent’s chest zone or flag pole without stepping outside the circle.
4. Each bout lasts 30 seconds or until a hit lands.
5. Players rotate until team wins majority of bouts.

**Scoring:**
- Direct tag to chest: 1 point
- Knock flag pole over: 2 points
- Unforced fall or stepping out of ring: -1 point

**Twist / Chaos Element:**
- “Spin Lock”: In some rounds, players must spin in opposite directions
- “Blind Dash”: Players wear fogged visors during one randomly chosen round

---

**Safety Notes:**
- Mandatory helmets and chest padding
- Foam lances must pass compression test
- Referee may pause play for balance concerns

**Setup Time:** 10–15 minutes  
**Play Time:** ~25 minutes per set
